Lauralee works with the subtle energies of consciousness and the body to guide others in creating safe, nurturing spaces where they can transmute past traumas, reintegrate soul parts, and reconnect with the light of their true selves. Drawing on many years of experience, as well as her studies in Craniosacral Therapy, Somatoemotional Release, Lomi Ke Ala Hoku (indigenous Hawaiian healing practices), as well as several shamanic healing lineages, Lauralee has developed her own unique somatic approach to energy healing. Rooted in deep listening and compassion, her guided light-body sessions support others in meeting vulnerable aspects of self and releasing long-held patterns. A process of grounding, witnessing, and clearing enables energetic debris and unconscious imprints to be lifted, allowing for deeper expansion and integration on all levels of our being.
Lauralee believes that love and presence are the foundation of healing, and her work is a continual evolution of compassion, intuition, and skill. Her passion is to support others in their journey toward higher states of awakening.
She has an undergraduate degree in Visual Art from Columbia University and is licensed to practice bodywork in New York.
