I am an energy medicine practitioner and mentor working with the subtle energies of consciousness and the body to support others in a deeper relationship with themselves and with the Divine.
My work is an evolving practice of compassion, intuition, and skill. After more than three decades practicing various bodywork and healing modalities, I have developed my own way of working somatically with a client’s energy to help them access and transform unhealthy patterns and traumas, cultivate their own innate healing potential, and reconnect to the light of their Soul. I work with celestial energies to facilitate clearing, expansion, and integration in the energy bodies.
Having been initiated into many healing modalities, including several lineages of energy medicine, Therapeutic bodywork, Craniosacral Therapy, Ke Ala Hoku Ancient Lomi Lomi (Ancestral Hawiian spiritual practice), and Somatoemotional Release, my most important teacher has been my own body and life experience. I believe that presence and love are the foundations of healing.
In addition to my commitment to helping others on their spiritual path, I am a visual artist with a love of combining creation with healing. I received my Bachelor of Science in visual art from Columbia University, and create in a diverse array of mediums, including ceramic sculpture and jewelry.
I am licensed to practice bodywork in New York.
